Terms of service

1. Service

RequestGuard monitors requests to the WordPress websites you connect, detects and blocks common attacks, checks files for unexpected changes and sends you alerts and reports. It reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a website will never be compromised. You remain responsible for updates, backups and the security of your websites.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and connection code confidential. You may only connect websites you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Price and payment

The price is CHF 2.00 per connected website per month. The first month is paid when you subscribe. Each following month you receive an invoice for the websites connected at that time, payable with the methods offered (such as TWINT, Revolut or card). Websites added during a month are charged pro rata on the next invoice. No refunds are made for partial months.

4. Late payment

If an invoice is unpaid when the period ends, protection continues during a grace period of 14 days. After that, monitoring and blocking are paused until the invoice is paid.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the panel; the service runs until the end of the paid period. You can also close your account, which deletes your data immediately. We may terminate accounts that abuse the service, with notice where possible.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss.

7. Data protection

The privacy policy applies. For visitor data from your websites we act as your processor.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [city of your registered office], Switzerland.
